Your account helps us keep meet submissions organized and review photos before sharing them.
What we keep
We keep your verified email, club username, member role, and submissions. Google Firebase handles passwords and email verification. Club administrators cannot see your password. Cloudflare hosts the member records and photos.
What others see
Your email is private to club administration. Approved events show your username. Approved photos show the credit and optional Instagram handle you provide. Pending and rejected photos are not public. Every photo and event needs club approval, including photographer uploads.
Your choices
Creating an account does not sign you up for marketing emails. Your data is retained while your membership and submissions are active. To request removal of your account or a published submission, contact the club through our Instagram. Removal requests require verification that you own the account or submission.
